Shipping Arrangements

【Delivery Methods - Hong Kong】

• All orders will be shipped via SF Express. Delivery locations include SF Stores, SF Lockers, as well as commercial and residential addresses.
  
  • SF Store Addresses
  • SF Locker Addresses
• Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days (subject to SF Express's service capacity). Once your order arrives at your selected SF Locker, SF Store, or service center, SF Express will send a pickup code via the "SF Express App" for you to collect your package.
   
• Please collect your package within the specified timeframe:
  • "Popular" SF Lockers: Within 24 hours
  •   SF Stores: Within 3 days
• If your package is returned due to late collection, please contact the SF Express customer service hotline to rearrange delivery. 
• Failure to collect your package within the specified timeframe may result in additional late collection fees charged by SF Express.

【Shipping Fees】

• Free shipping on orders over HK$400
• For orders under HK$400, shipping will be via SF Express "Pay on Delivery," and the customer will pay the shipping fee upon receipt.

【Shipping Time】

• For in-stock items, packaging and shipping will be arranged within 1-2 business days after payment is received, excluding pre-order items.
• If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, or pre-order items with different arrival dates, the order will be held and shipped once all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items first, we recommend placing separate orders.
• Note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
